| The Project of the Concise Encyclopaedia of Islam |
| The Concise Encyclopedia of Islam which has been published at the end of 2019, as in eight volumes after ten years of work by Turkiye Diyanet Foundation Centre for Islamic Studies (ISAM) which achieved its competency and expertise with the esteemed TDV Encylopedia of Islam.

| Researcher Assistance and Training Project |
| The fact that the number of universities in Turkey has tripled, and is expected to continue to do so in the years to come, has prompted ISAM to launch a new project in 2012 called the Researcher Assistance and Training Project, aiming to train researchers in the field of Islamic sciences.

| Early Classical Period |
| Undertaking serious studies in the field of Islamic studies, first and foremost, depend on examining the accumulation of the past in a scientific evaluation context and publishing it. Most of the Islamic manuscripts whose numbers add up to millions are not yet published or not taken subject to a scientific critical edition which is useful for researchers. In recent years, critical edition works published in fields of language, literature and history are pleasing, however there is still a huge need for critical editions in Islamic studies, especially Hanafid and Shafiid fiqh works and also the works in “rational sciences”, within the field of Sunnite qalam especiallt the Maturidiyyah and Ash’ariyyah.

| Late Classical Period Project |
| The scope of the works related to this period will include works regarding Islamic studies, Islamic thought, the history of Islamic sciences, the arts in Islamic civilization, and finally comparative works about Islamic civilization and other civilizations. The projects will focus on Ottoman territories, sub-Saharan Africa, Indian subcontinent from the beginning of Delhi Sultanate and the Central Asia after the Mongol Invasion.

| Electronic Publications Projects |
| The aim of this umbrella project is to ease the process of reaching the sources needed for researchers studying in the areas of Islamic studies, humanities, and social studies via internet.

| History of Istanbul Project |
| The aim of this project is to publish a comprehensive work concerning the history of Istanbul from its first settlements in ancient times to the modern ages with regard to its place among the cities of the world, its topography, architecture, religious and social life, administration, and its economy, all while placing a special emphasis on its being a “city.” It is expected that this work will both satisfy the needs of common readers and be a source for those students in formal education.

| Qadi Registers Project |
| Within the scope of this project, 40 daftar’s as samples of the registers of Istanbul courts (Istanbul, Galata, Eyüp and Üsküdar) have been selected from different ages and transliterated into modern Turkish and the facsimiles have been added to every volume in order for comparison. The forty-volume output of the project, which was initiated in 2008, was published with the support of the commission of 2010 European Capital of Culture-Istanbul.
