Seminars |
Starting in 2004, researchers at ISAM have organized regular Fall and Spring seminars, each lasting for nearly eight weeks. The central objective of the research staff via these seminars is to share their knowledge and experience with young researchers on a wide range of topics varying from Islamic culture and history to Western thought, and also to familiarize them with the opportunities provided by ISAM.

|
Workshops |
Workshops arranged by ISAM researchers as either individual or group projects, make a significant contribution to academic life by providing an opportunity for scholars and graduate students to participate in serious, in-depth discussions on issues of critical importance.

Social and Cultural Activities |
In addition to its scientific activities, ISAM plans to expand its services by organizing events related to arts and culture.

Colloquiums and Panels |
Within the larger framework of its scholarly activities, ISAM also began organizing panel meetings in 2004 with participation at the national and international levels.

Symposiums |
Until now, ISAM has organized many national and international symposiums where high-level, in depth discussions of current scholarly activities both in Turkey and in the Islamic world took place. Similar new symposiums are also being planned.
