The place and role of ahadith in Islam and Islamic culture is very important. In this book, falsificatons by the hadith narrators are examined within the framework of the problems of narration and differences in interpretation. When a hadith is investigated in various collections, some differences among the versions of that hadith can be noticed. This situation shows that narrators not only narrated ahadith, but also mistakenly falsified the ahadith. This work investigates the reasons for the alterations and other mistakes made by narrators in ahadith and some of the problems that such errors caused.
